I was born inĀ Houston Texas andĀ at a very young age I loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen.Ā  I would always come up with crazy concoctions andĀ give it to my dad to try, butĀ that was years ago.Ā My dadĀ introduced me to this business with a soapy towel and a dirty dish.Ā  I think I washed about a million dishes before holding my very own chef knife.Ā  Over the years I have learned technique as well as flavor pairing.Ā  My favorite part of cooking is the plating.Ā  AĀ delicious meal that looks like a work of art!!Ā Ā Ā Ā Currently I work as the Sous Chef running the day to day operations.Ā
