Enjoy this Vegetarian option for a thin crust pizza. Olives, fresh button mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and red onions are all placed over a bed of Mozzarella cheese and a delicious full bodied pizza sauce. Be sure to pay special attention to the crust. The Crust is out of control. We use a whole wheat/bread flour San Francisco Sourdough to make this amazing crispy thin crust pizza.   What makes this dish work is how it needs to be baked.  If you buy this product you will need to do the following otherwise it will not work.  Preheat a baking sheet or cast iron skillet in the over to 425F.  Once it has preheated add oil to the pan or the skillet.  Enough to cover the base of the pizza.  Finally take the frozen pizza out of the packaging and place it on the skillet or baking sheet.  Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.  When the crust is nice and crispy, it’s done!!  Feeds 1-2
