A wonderful and delicate combination of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots that have been blanched and covered with a smoked mornay cheese sauce. This great vegetarian side dish is perfect as an add on or as a way to increase you veggie intake for the day. When you heat this dish up simply toss the vegetables so that the mornay sauce coats them all. We wanted to keep the vegetables pure so we limited the cheese sauce so as to not overwhelm this dish. This is a low sodium dish and feeds 1-2 adults.
