We have been getting requests for vegan entrees and this Vegan dish is sure to please.  Our Vegan Chili is loaded with lots of vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, roasted corn), beans (black beans and kidney beans), quinoa, and our select blend of herbs and spices.  The end result is a very flavorful and hearty vegan chili that will blow your mind!!  This is also a very modifiable dish as well.  You can add your favorite protein or vegetable to kick it up a notch.  Personally, I like to add cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream to the top, for a more vegetarian option.  Delicious!!  Best if served with Jasmine Rice but can also stand alone as a great dinner.  Feeds 1-2
