We are so excited to welcome a new “Pro-Biotic” rich food item to our menu. This item comes with extraordinary authenticity. Sourcing very specific Korean spices we are able to make this Kimchi very traditional. In this Kimchi we use Daikon Radish, Carrots, Garlic, Ginger, Nappa Cabbage, Green onion, fermented Fish Sauce, Fermented Shrimp paste, Korean Hot Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru), and Korean chili paste (Gochujang). This Kimchi has a beautiful, fermented tartness to it tart and it’s not too spicy. There is a wonderful balance between the fermented umami ingredients and the pepper spice that really bring the crispy and slightly sweet vegetables together. This dish can be eaten any number of ways but the most common and easiest is to serve fresh (cold) kimchi over a bed of freshly cooked rice.
