We are very excited to have this beef entrée on the menu this week. This Texas Style slow cooked beef brisket is smoked to perfection and chopped along side of some fresh celery, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic. After a quick sauté this was all tossed with a BBQ Bean sauce and allows to simmer till all the seasonings came together perfectly. Great by itself, with crusty bread, or over rice. A delicious stew that’ll bring a little South Texas joy to your spirit.
