The time of year has finally come for our delicious sweet potato pie!!  This pie has locally grown sweet potatoes and made with the freshest ingredients.  Milk, sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a few other little secrets.  Sweet potato tends to make a great presence on dinner tables all across the south ranging from casseroles to pies so we are very excited to bring a little taste from home here to Boquete.  Our pie has been par baked to make it freezer friendly so you can eat it cold or if you want a crispy outer crust simply remove the pie from the tin and bake in a 350f preheated oven for 20 minutes.   The entire pie weights almost 2 pounds and will easily serve 4 large square pieces.  Delicious by itself, with whipped cream, or with a melted and toasted marshmallow on top.  Enjoy
