It all starts with a beautiful pizza dough that’s formed thin and frozen.  You will be blown away with the subtle flavors that just the crust offers, we use a combination of “00” flour and hard bread flour to form the base of this delicious pie.  Next comes the Pizza Sauce.  Not too thick and not too thin, this sauce has body.  Herbs and spices take this sauce to the next level as we then add grated mozzarella cheese and Spicy Italian Nduja Salami to finish off this unique pizza.  What makes this dish work is how it needs to be baked.  If you buy this product you will need to do the following otherwise it will not work.  Preheat a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet in the over to 425F.  Once it has preheated add oil to the pan or the skillet.  Enough to cover the base of the pizza.  Finally take the frozen pizza out of the packaging and place it on the skillet or baking sheet.  Bake for 12 – 14 minutes.  When the crust is nice and crispy, it’s done!!  Feeds 1-2


Ever heard of Nduja?  Nduja is a spreadable salami that comes from the Southern part of Italy, the Calabrian region.  This salami is cured, lightly smoked, and aged for 9 months in a controlled environment.  The end result is a very flavorful salami spread that is perfect for a charcuterie platter but also a great addition to almost any dish.  Nduja is a little spicy as we use the actual peppers that come from this Italian region, the Calabrian pepper!!  A great taste of authentic Italy.
