One of my personal favorites, the Spicy Italian Coppa is a dry cured piece of meat that comes from the neck area.  It’s extremely flavorful and has a beautiful soft and almost melt  in your mouth type of texture.  Seasoned with Italy’s very own Calabrian Peppers this Coppa is sure to kick up your next charcuterie platter.  Goes great with figs, dates, cheese, melon, grapes, walnuts, and other cured meats.
