Are you a chorizo lover? This week we have a very limited amount of a wonderful Spanish salami called Sobrassada. This is everything you love about chorizo but spreadable. Talk about amazing. All you do is leave your sobrassada out a room temperature to soften up[ and spread it on a baked piece of baguette. Delicious. If you really want to elevate your pastas simply cut pieces of sobrassada off and quickly pan fry them to release some of their oils. Then toss in your cooked pasta toss to combine. To elevate your pizzas just place a few pieces of sobrassada on your pizza before you bake it. Bake as directed and enjoy a Spanish twist on an Italian classic..
