Tender shrimp and rotini pasta tossed into a cream sauce that rich with button mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, garlic, onions, and peas. To round off our sauce we melt in some parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. This delivers a velvety sauce that’s rich and creamy. Each entrée will feed 1-2 adults.
For the best reheating experience we recommend thawing the dish, covering with foil, and baking at 350F (170c) for 20-30 minutes or till it’s been warmed through. Once it’s warmed remove from the oven and add 1/2 cup of warmed/hot milk to the dish. Toss to combine and serve. Enjoy.
