We are so excited and proud to offer this extraordinary dish directly from Louisiana.  This Cajun staple is packed with flavor.  We make this dish using a blonde roux and through the process of cooking we utilize a technique called smothering to make a rich delicious gravy style platter.  Using our very own smoked andouille sausage this dish is loaded with succulent shrimp and vegetables .  This is considered a “Cajun” spicy dish and generally served with rice. Enjoy (This dish can feed 1 –  2 adults).
