Description

San Ignacio is a wonderful Nicaraguan variety of dragon fruit that has a red flesh and is self-fertile.  This variety produces a sweet tasting dragon fruit that can weigh between 1.5 – 2 pounds.  This variety can use its own pollen to set fruit but cross pollination with a different variety will yield larger fruits.
