Enjoy a simple vegetable in a complex way. These amaing potatoes are cleaned, wedged, tossed in olive oil and seasoned lightly. Finally they are roasted at a fiery 425F. We top them off with a nice helping of sautéed onions and bell peppers. A delicate balance of seaonings and caramelization. Very tastey and great as a side or as an add on to any dish. If you really want to get wild add some of our “Boquete Chili” then top with a few slices of cheese. Bake till warm and gooey!! Good for 2-3 adults as a side
