We’ll we didn’t have any left over pork from Sunday dinner but we did make a brand new batch of Andouille sausage for this recipe!! Enjoy the creole flavors, the creamy and perfectly cooked red beans, and the herbs and spices that come together that make this dish outstanding. Has smoked Tasso and lots of fresh vegetables. Serve over a bowl of rice. (rice not included) Feeds 1-2 adults

I was born and raised in New Orleans and I’m giving you a thumbs up on this… it’s the real deal. Perfectly seasoned, creamy, and the andouille sausage is excellent!
