Authentic Mexican Chorizo is officially on the menu!! This awesome Mexican sausage takes roughly a week to make and the end result is well worth it! Chorizo is generally eaten with other foods as by itself it’s a little strong. Preparing this sausage is very easy. Simply fry some up on a hot skillet and once it’s cooked add scrambled eggs, vegetables, chicken, pasta, or anything else you want and enjoy. We personally like to eat this for breakfast with scrambled eggs mixed with it in a taco!!!!
