We are very pleased to be able to bring to you authentic Mexican Barbacoa!  This pulled beef is a staple in Mexican cuisine and perfect for your street tacos or tacos al pastor!  We start off by slow cooking our beef  (in a seasoned broth of onions garlic and bay leaves) till it’s fall apart tender.  We then clean it up and finely chop the meat.  Each portion contains almost 3/4 of a pound of cooked barbacoa meat and all you need to do is heat and add to your favorite dishes.  Scrambled eggs, corn tortillas, flour tortillas, nachos, tostadas, baked potato.  This meat will literally go with just about anything.  Each pack will make up to 10 corn tortilla tacos or 5 flour tortilla tacos.


Suggestion for preparation:  Start by heating up your packet of barbacoa.  Slice a bit of cabbage (we like purple and green) and set to the side.  Dice a small onion.  Chop a bit of culantro. Slice a lime in half.  Finally heat either your corn tortillas or flour tortillas on the stove top.  Add 1 or 2 spoonful’s of barbacoa to each taco.  Next add the diced onions, sliced cabbage, and culantro.  Squeeze a fresh lime over the top.  Enjoy!!!   BTW, cheese and sour cream is always a yummy option
