Are you in the mood for a delicious loaded baked potato. This week we have the most amazing extra-large baked potatoes plates that are loaded with all the fixings!! We started by coating the skin with a little olive oil and garlic salt and baked till tender. Next, we course ground the potato and prepared the filling. We added chives, bacon, butter, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in the beautiful spud. It’s a delicious comfort food that’s fit for 1-2 adults.
