This week we are offering a delicious and exotic journey into the depths of the Indian Cuisine. This dahl is a combination of lentils, brined and grilled eggplant, chayote, and tomatoes mixed with a delicious assortment of authentic Indian spices like turmeric, Garam Masala, curry, coriander, cumin seeds. This dish can be eaten as a stand alone curry but we recommend serving with Jasmine or Basmati Rice. This is a mild to medium spicy dish and will feed 1-2 adults.
