Description
A thin layer of eggplant and potatoes that’s been roasted is the base for this delicious Greek dinner. Fresh ground beef cooked with onions, garlic, tomato sauce and red wine that’s been showered with parmesan cheese and exotic spices make this dish quite memorable. To top it all off we add a perfect creamy and fluffy béchamel sauce to create a perfect Greek experience, finally a dash of nutmeg and more parmesan cheese finish this dish off… Feeds 2 – 3 Adults.
