This Italian classic originated in Bologna, Italy, and the variations over the years have been incredible. This week we will be using Sweet Italian Sausage, and fresh ground beef mixed with different sautéed vegetables as well as some amazing aromatics and a touch of crème to finish it off. Tossed with Gnocchi di Patate (Potato Gnocchi) and sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese and parsley. This is how the Italians do meat and Potatoes!! Best with a warm piece of fresh bread.. Feeds 1 – 2 Adults!! Amazing… The meat sauce is gluten free but the potato gnocchi isn’t. (can be easily taken out)
