This gourmet sauce is NOT your ordinary hot sauce. This specialty sauce is truly one of a kind as we’ve taken some of the worlds finest and most unique peppers and fermented them for over a year. This method of creating a fermented hot sauce add complexity and body to an already sophisticated pepper. We seasoned it with salt, a touch of red wine vinegar, and added black garlic for sweetness.
