This new entrée is simple and delicious. We started off with a delicious vegetable rice pilaf. This pilaf is light and fluffy and loaded with flavor. Carrots, celery, onions, and garlic are added to a pan fried long grain rice. This is then tossed with a delicious creamy gravy and cooked to perfection. Finally we lightly seasoned some chicken breast and grilled it. Topped everything with delicious crispy onions flakes. Talk about comfort food.. This dish will feed 2 adults.
