This week we have a delicious Tex-Mex inspired dinner that is loaded with delicious “South of the Border” flavors. Rotisserie chicken mixed with mexican style black beans and pinto beans tossed with sautéed onions, roasted poblano peppers, garlic, and our very own house crafted sauce. Topped with a Mexican cheese blend to boot! This dinner is very filling and serves up nice and easy. Feeds 1-2 adults.
