Enjoy this wonderful Costa Rican dish that is literally translated as Spotted Rooster.  This dish is a national dish and can generally be seen in many different varieties all over the country.  Most commonly this dish contains black beans, sautéed onions, red bell peppers, rice, and culantro with a hint of cumin and coriander.  The best way to enjoy Gallo Pinto is with a fried egg, some salsa, and a scoop of sour cream or crema right on the side.  Serves 2 Adults
