I am very excited to bring to you this wonderful Italian dish. The freshness of this dish really shines though as we use fresh herbs, mushrooms, parsley, peas, onions and garlic and cooked them all down with a little white wine. The resulting sauce was rich, earthy, full of umami, and delicious. Next we made a cream sauce that was light and complimentary to the vegetables. After tossing everything together with some linguini pasta we topped it all of with tender chicken breast and a butter, parmesan cheese, bread crumb coating. This is a dish for 1 or 2 adults. Serve with a fresh piece of French bread.
