Are you in the mood for some authentic Thai food?  We are very excited to have this classic Thai dish on the menu.  This dish is loaded with pickled daikon radish, eggs, chicken, green onions, scallions, and so much more.  The ingredients we used to make this dish were sourced specifically from Thailand and it really comes through in the bold umami, sweet, and sourly notes.  This dish is over a pound of food and will feed 1-3 people.


Because of the way this dish needs to be prepared we’ve included the raw rice noodles separately.  Here are cooking instructions:

Soak the raw rice noodles in water for 1 hour.  Once they finished soaking you can remove them from the water, place them in a zip lock bag and keep them in the refrigerator for several days.

In a pot with simmering water simmer the Pad Thai bag.  After 15 minutes remove the bag from the simmering water.  Pour the contents of the bag in a skillet and turn the heat to medium.  Once the sauce starts to gently simmer add the soaked rice noodles.  Toss everything together till the noodles have soaked up all or most of the pad Thai sauce.  Serve hot and enjoy!!
