We are extremely delighted to have chevre (goat cheese) on our menu this week. Our chevre is made with the freshest of raw goat milk and is soft, creamy, and very spreadable. This cheese has the most delicate of flavors that have developed through a natural ripening or fermentation period. This cheese is mild, a little earthy with buttery notes, and a little tangy. Chevre goes great with honey, on water crackers, with salmon, in soups, or even added to salads or risotto. Try it on a bagel for a delightful experience It’s a wonderful cheese.
