This week we wanted to make a Vegetarian Version of our Tikka Masala.  After a few variations we decided on cauliflower & chickpeas.  This wonderful  combination of buttery and creamy vegetables and beans make up the base for this masala.  It has delicious herbs, wonderful spices, exotic Indian seasonings, and fresh jalapeno peppers..  Recommended to serve with Jasmine rice or noodles and for a wonderful bonus garnish with fresh culantro.  This is an authentic Spicy Dish..  If you want to beef this dish up you can add fresh zucchini or potatoes.
