It has been such a long time since we have made this incredible soup. Gluten free, high in fiber, and loaded with extraordinary flavor this soup hits the spot. Perfectly cooked black beans are added to a delicious chicken stock that has been flavored with sautéed onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and our artisan bacon. This bacon alone is a step above conventional bacon as we age and cure it with a delicious blend of aromatics and seasonings. Smoked with a kiss of apple wood and pecan you will love the southwestern notes that it provides to this wonderful soup. Serves 2 Adults.
Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and/or chips
