This chicken and rice dish is a staple amongst the Panamanian people and rightfully so, it’s delicious!  There are many versions of this dish, and all are great.  This week we’ve prepared a version of arroz con pollo with lots of vegetables like peas, cilantro, garlic, onions, carrots, cabbage, and of course chicken.   Simply heat and eat.
