We were in such an Italian mood this weekend that we just had to make Gnocchi Alla Bolognese.¬† This Italian classic originated in Bologna, Italy, and the variations over the years have been incredible.¬† This week we will use¬† our very own minced sweet Italian Sausage¬†and fresh ground eye of round (very lean) that we ground up just for this dish, a hint of wine, different saut√©ed vegetables,¬†¬†a good pinch of fennel as well as some amazing aromatics and a touch of cr√®me to finish it off.¬† Tossed with Gnocchi di Patate (Potato Gnocchi) and sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese and parsley.¬† This is how the Italians do meat and Potatoes!!¬† Feeds 2 Adults!!¬† Amazing…
