We were in such an Italian mood this weekend that we just had to make Gnocchi Alla Bolognese.  This Italian classic originated in Bologna, Italy, and the variations over the years have been incredible.  This week we will use  our very own minced sweet Italian Sausage and fresh ground eye of round (very lean) that we ground up just for this dish, a hint of wine, different sautéed vegetables,  a good pinch of fennel as well as some amazing aromatics and a touch of crème to finish it off.  Tossed with Gnocchi di Patate (Potato Gnocchi) and sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese and parsley.  This is how the Italians do meat and Potatoes!!  Feeds 2 Adults!!  Amazing…
