I was born in Houston Texas and at a very young age I loved to cook and experiment in the kitchen.  I would always come up with crazy concoctions and give it to my dad to try, but that was years ago. My dad introduced me to this business with a soapy towel and a dirty dish.  I think I washed about a million dishes before holding my very own chef knife.  Over the years I have learned technique as well as flavor pairing.  My favorite part of cooking is the plating.  A delicious meal that looks like a work of art!!    Currently I work as the Sous Chef running the day to day operations.
