I grew up in Southwest Louisiana, an area known for its rich food culture. My fondest memories are of family cook outs with plenty of Cajun food extras on Sunday afternoons. I decided as a teenager that I wanted to cook professionally so I took Culinary arts at a local college in my home town. Shortly after that, I met Eric and fell in love, we moved to Houston TX and started a family. Eric and I both have a passion for cooking so after work we would throw dinner parties and get creative in the kitchen. We decided six years ago to move to Panama and pursue our dream.
