We are so excited to welcome a new “Pro-Biotic” rich food item to our menu. This item comes with extraordinary authenticity. Sourcing very specific Korean spices we are able to make this Kimchi very traditional. In this Kimchi we use Chinese Pears, Daikon Radish, Carrots, Garlic, Ginger, Nappa Cabbage, Green onion, fermented Fish Sauce, fermented krill (Saeujeot), Korean Hot Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru), and Korean chili paste (Gochujang). This Kimchi is not too tart and not too spicy. We feel that it is also not too pungent. There is a wonderful balance between the fermented umami ingredients and the pepper spice that really bring the crispy and slightly sweet vegetables together. This dish can be eaten any number of ways but the most common and easiest is to serve fresh (cold) kimchi over a bed of freshly cooked rice. Eat it as a side dish or as a snack this product not only delivers amazing flavor but really packs a healthy punch of Gut beneficial bacteria.
