We have been getting many requests for exotic dishes that are Heart Healthy, Gluten Free, Low Carbs, and Low Sodium.  Well, we are delighted to bring to you an Indian dish that is perfect for you.  This Masala is a red bean curry that is mixed with curried Chayote.  This local squash goes by many names and it’s wonderful attribute is that it takes on many flavors.  This dish is loaded with beneficial fiber and incredible vitamins making this dinner a powerhouse of nutrition.  We used a spice profile that is not only delicious but incredibly healthy for you.  Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, and a dash of Cayenne really have this dish singing with scrumptious flavors.  Have you been on a vacations lately.  If not then enjoy this dish as you will journey through the exotic and ancient flavors of this Indian Masala.  Best if served with Jasmine Rice and Naan bread but can also stand alone as a great dinner.  Feeds 1-2
