This week we are very excited to add our Cajun Andouille Sausage to the menu. This sausage is so incredible and so flavorful that it will elevate whatever dish you add it to. Cajun Andouille Sausage is a heavily smoked sausage that really loves garlic and thyme. We use a combination of Pecan and Hickory wood to really bring out the subtle flavors of the sausage. This sausage is slightly spicy but really well balanced so whether you want to eat it with mustard and saltines or add it to your favorite white bean soup, Andouille sausage is very versatile . Each portion comes in 1# vacuum sealed bags and has been cooked to 150F.
